Common in the Skate and Punk Rock scene, skinny jeans have always had a home in Orange County....but of late the trend has taken on an all new twist in fashion.
Artists such as Kanye West, lil Wayne and Pharrell Williams can be spotted rocking a pair of skin tight jeans which has also become a staple in the male hip-hop fashion scene.
A couple years back, it was all about the baggy jeans that sagged below the waist and the idea of skinny jeans never ever came to mind...Brands such as Diesel, Levi's and BDG now design entire collections for their skinny jean customer's and the market keeps on growing.
Controversy is usually raised by some folks who deem this style to be gay, but in my view fashion is all about innovation and the expression of ones opinion. I am truly interested to see what fashion trend we will have in the future...
